Devious Journal Entry

He loved her, totally and absolutely. It was a love that was unlike the fairy-tale knockoffs, unlike those of the movies and books, because it was real.

He loved her when she drank much too much coffee and very nearly bounced off the walls. He loved her when she raged and cursed and very nearly broke the door she punched. He loved her when she ignored him for hours on end after some argument or another and very nearly broke his heart. He loved her even when she squealed and screamed over fictional characters, both from video games and animes, and very nearly made him break the door when he punched it in jealousy.

He loved her bright, shining pink hair and dark, sparkling green eyes. He loved her loud brash way of speaking and quick-as-lightning thought-process, as well as her ability to be polite only when she felt like it.

He loved all the things that irked him so much, because no matter how close his brother and the blonde were to her, he was the one she trusted with her heart, completely and utterly.

Those fictional characters could go screw themselves, she was his, dammit.
